Screening Call

At this interview stage, you will meet with a member of the Recruitment team. We will be discussing your last roles and skills/accomplishments as they align with our roles, assessing your motivation & communication skills.

This conversation will be held in English and last 30 Minutes.

Stage 2

Deep Dive

At this stage you will be meeting with your potential manager & a team member who will deep dive into your previous experience and expertise as it relates to the needed competencies for this role.

This conversation will be held in English and last 60 Minutes.

Stage 3

Focus Interview

At this interview stage you will be meeting with team members who you will work closely with, and be assessed on the preferred ways of working and team fit.

This conversation will be held in English and last 45 Minutes.

Stage 4

Offer Meeting
