Screening Call

At this interview stage, you will meet with a member of the Recruitment team. We will be discussing your last roles and skills/accomplishments as they align with our roles, assessing your motivation & communication skills.

This conversation will be held in English and last 30 Minutes.

Stage 2

Case Study

The case study will mirror a daily task or project needed in the role and designed to assess your skillset. This will be an opportunity for you to further showcase your skills and experience for the role.

Stage 3

Deep Dive

At this stage you will be meeting with your potential manager & key stakeholder who will deep dive into your previous experience as it relates to the needed competencies for this role.

This conversation will be held in German and last 60 Minutes.

Stage 4

Focus Interview

At this interview stage you will be meeting with team members who you will work closely with, and be assessed on your collaboration skills and culture fit.

This conversation will be held in German and last 45 Minutes.

Stage 5

Offer Meeting
