This conversation will be held in English and last 30 Minutes.

Hiring Manager Interview

At this stage you will be meeting with your potential future manager. They will provide you with further insights in our company and position, and discuss your expectations as you consider your next role.

This conversation will be held in German and last 30 Minutes.

Stage 3

Deep Dive

At this stage you will be meeting with key stakeholders who will deep dive into your previous experience as it relates to the needed competencies for this role.

This conversation will be held in German and last 60 Minutes.

Stage 4

Focus Interview

At this interview stage you will be meeting with team members who you will work closely with, and be assessed on your collaboration and communication skills.

This conversation will be held in German and last 30 Minutes.

Stage 5

Offer Meeting
