At this interview stage, you will meet with a member of the Recruitment team. We will be discussing your last roles and skills/accomplishments as they align with our roles, assessing your motivation & communication skills.

Hiring Manager Call
At this stage, you will be meeting with our CFO, Christoph Engel.
This interview will be a chance to get to know your potential manager, gather more insights into the role. As well, a chance for us to further get to know your experience and motivations to the role.

- Stage 3
Deep Dive Interview
At this stage you will be invited to our office, where you will be meeting with our CFO (Christoph Engel) & Head of FP&A (Omar El Khyari) and will be structured as such
- 30 minutes - live case study
- 50 minutes - deep dive into role competencies where you will reflect on previous experience
- 10 minutes - your questions
This interview will be held in German
- Stage 4
Focus Interview
At this interview stage you will be meeting with team members who you will work closely with, and be assessed on your collaboration skills & culture/team fit
