Deep Dive

At this stage you will be meeting with your potential manager & key stakeholder who will deep dive into your previous experience as it relates to the needed competencies for this role.

This conversation will be in English/German and last 60/90 Minutes. 
Stage 2

Focus Interview

At this interview stage you will be meeting with team members who you will work closely with, and be assessed on your xxx and xxx skills.

This conversation will be in English/German and last 30/45 Minutes. 
Stage 3

Offer Stage
