At this interview stage, you will meet with a member of the Recruitment team. We will be discussing your last roles and skills/accomplishments as they align with our roles, assessing your motivation & communication skills.

This conversation will be held in English and last 30 Minutes.

Stufe 2

Hiring Manager Interview

At this stage you will have a chance to meet with your potential manager. They will give your further insights to the role/team and get to know your experience.

This interview will be 30 minute and be held in German

Stufe 3

Deep Dive

At this stage you will be meeting with your potential manager & key stakeholder who will deep dive into your previous experience as it relates to the needed competencies for this role.

This conversation will be held in German and last 90 Minutes.

Stufe 4

Focus Interview

At this interview stage you will be meeting with team members who you will work closely with, and be assessed on your culture fit and collaboration skills.

This conversation will be held in German and last 45 Minutes.

Offer Meeting
