Stufe 1

Screening Call

At this interview stage, you will meet with a member of the Recruitment team. We will be discussing your last roles and skills/accomplishments as they align with our roles, assessing your motivation & communication skills.

This conversation will be held in English and last 30 Minutes. 
Stufe 2

Hiring Manager Interview

At this stage you will be meeting with your potential future manager. They will provide you with further insights in our company and position, and discuss your expectations as you consider your next role.

This conversation will be held in English and last 30 Minutes. 


Stufe 3

Case Study

The case study will be an opportunity for you to further showcase your skills and experience for the role. You will be expected to present a design project of your own choosing (from either a previous case or a past experience), and walk our team through the highlight points based on the provided guidance material.

The case study will be in English, and you will have 3 days to submit your material for team review. 
Stufe 4

Deep Dive Interview

At this stage you will be meeting with your potential manager & key team member who will deep dive into your previous experience as it relates to the needed competencies for this role.

This conversation will be held in English and last 60 Minutes. 
Stufe 5

Focus Interview

At this interview stage you will be meeting with team members who you will work closely with, and be assessed on your collaboration and team fit.

This conversation will be held in English and last 45 Minutes. 
Stufe 6

Offer Meeting
