We are currently looking for a Junior CRM Manager (all genders) based in Berlin.
Your Mission with us:
To drive incremental growth of the CRM channel through the development and optimization of strategic marketing campaigns (email and push messaging).
Your tasks:
- Optimize the CRM segmentation strategy that underpins our marketing campaigns.
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Meet with key internal stakeholders to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on-time and to spec.
- Support our CRM Manager in the delivery of lifecycle comms and technical implementations.
You bring to Lingoda
- Previous experience working in a CRM, growth or lifecycle marketing role.
- Strong experience of campaign planning and execution.
- Basic knowledge of HTML.
- A familiarity with customer segmentation.
- Experience running tests and capturing learnings.
- A love for data.
- A proven track record of delivering to deadlines.
