Stage 1

Screening Call

At this interview stage, you will meet with a member of the Recruitment team. We will be discussing your last roles and skills/accomplishments as they align with our roles, assessing your motivation & communication skills.

This conversation will be held in English and last 30-45 Minutes.

Stage 2

Hiring Manager Interview

At this stage you will meet with your direct manager to get to know each other and your ownership and problem solving skills will be assessed

This call will be 30 minutes, and conducted in German

Stage 3

Deep Dive

At this stage you will be meeting with your potential manager & key stakeholder who will deep dive into your previous experience as it relates to the needed competencies for this role.

This conversation will be held in German and last 1.5-2 Hours.

Stage 4

Focus Interview

At this interview stage you will be meeting with team members who you will work closely with, and be assessed on your collaboration skills.

This conversation will be held in German and last 60 Minutes.

Stage 5

Focus - Team Meeting

At this stage you will have the opportunity to meet your potential direct reports.

This interview will be in German and 30 minutes

Stage 6

Offer Meeting
