Screening Call

At this interview stage, you will meet with a member of the Recruitment team. We will be discussing your last roles and skills/accomplishments as they align with our roles, assessing your motivation & communication skills.

This conversation will be held in English and last 30

Stage 2

Hiring Manager Call

At this stage, you will have the opportunity to meet your potential new manager. You will asked further about your experience and have the opportunity to learn more about the role & team.

This interview will be 30 minutes via zoom, and be conducted in German

Stage 3

Deep Dive

At this stage you will be meeting with your potential manager & key stakeholder who will deep dive into your previous experience as it relates to the needed competencies for this role.

This conversation will be held on-site in English and last 60 Minutes.

Stage 4

Focus Interview

At this interview stage you will be meeting with team members who you will work closely with, and be assessed on your collaboration skills

This conversation will be held in English and last 45 Minutes.

Offer Meeting
